COMMISSION FREE SALE
OF A LOCAL HOUSE
We are delighted to announce that the Platinum Sponsors of Erko Berzerko, Shaun Stoker and Moira Verheijen from Ray White Erskineville, are generously donating a commission-free house sale* for auction at Erko Berzerko at 2:00pm on Saturday 7 November 2026 at Erskineville Public School.
Shaun and Moira are proud to be associated with Erskineville Public School and welcome the opportunity to give back to the local community.
If you, a family member or friend is considering selling any time in the next three years, this could be a huge opportunity! The commission-free sale could save you thousands of dollars and secure the services of two of the Inner West's leading agents - while also contributing valuable funds to the school.
Bidders do not have to be associated with the school to participate: this offer is open to local residents and their family and friends, with phone bidding welcome on the day. For bidders who wish to remain anonymous, or who can't be present at the event, we can offer proxy bidders who will stay in contact with you over the phone.
We're happy to answer any questions you may have. Get in touch at erkoberzerko@gmail.com or chat in-person with Shaun on 0424 172 217, or Moira on 0414 343 995.
Thank you Shaun and Moira for your very generous donation and support of our school.
